Helpful staff for check-in and information.
I stayed in a Modern Single Room and was disappointed with the extreme temperature. There was a little heatwave, yet the lack of air conditioning made it unbearable. The noise from the busy street kept me awake for hours, and there were no fans available to help dissipate the heat.

Friendly check-in and late check-out, parking onsite. Stocked, modern room with central heating, a private safe, and multi-channel TV. Good and absolutely perfect location close to the center and view of courtyard👌

The location at the fair was perfect. Walking distance to the centre.
My room was loud there near the elevator and stairwell. Shower fittings defective. Room too warm no possibility to cool.

The lady at the reception was really very friendly!
Unfortunately, all single rooms are only facing the street - including trams, motorcyclists all night, restaurant directly in front of the room and also in the further street: everything was very loud, and because the window could not be opened, it was also quite hot!

The porter was very helpful and friendly!

From the start, check-in was cold and unwelcoming, like I was the problem. The pillows were thin, more like a pancake than a pillow. I expected a complimentary upgrade or at least a personalized welcome gift, but was met with indifference instead. You can probably tell how disappointing this stay was, almost a good review, but just couldn't.
